Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@alreadysurvival.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@alreadysurvival.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food products)
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Custom or special-order products
Please contact us if you have questions about your item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders canceled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Already Survival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local police department and contacting the carrier directly to open a claim. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date if you have not received your package and we will do our best to assist.
